PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW IMPORTANT GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACADEMY:

● Mandatory Registration fee of Rs. 1000/-( Plus Gst)per student for enrolling at academy.
● Students pay a minimum of 3 months, quarterly fee in advance. ,( depending on number of monthly sessions, according to the course selected) Music learning takes time and can not be rushed.
FOR ALL PARTICULAR COURSES,- CARICULAM AND SCHEDULES WILL BE SHARED VERY SOON ON WEBSITE;-.WITH LEVELS.FOR VOCALS – JAINISM- AND ALL INSTRUMENTAL.
● Students should pay the fee quarterly in advance. Immaterial of any number of classes attended, failure to which will incur late payment charges of Rs. 200//-( Plus Gst )- per day.
● Any absence in emergency or out station, should be informed via SMS, Whats app, In Advance, for obtaining a backup session. Only one Back up, per Month, can be provided in any kind of emergency.
● Fee will be accepted through cheques and online methods only favouring Masters of Music. .taxes will Be charged extra, to the Fees and Registration Amount, as per Laws.
● The Registration fees is for the Perticular course only, and not a life time registration fees, Student have to take readmission, at the completion of every level by again paying full registration charges.
● Under any circumstances / conditions, monthly fees and the registration fee is not refundable or transferable. Absence of student is not valid for any compensation class or refund of fee.
● The classes which get cancelled due to natural calamities such as extensive rains, floods, earthquakes etc. are non-refundable and will not be compensated by teachers.
● The class will be compensated only if it is cancelled by Academy. The compensation will occur only through policies of Academy. Students can not claim refund of fees in such cases.
● In the case of absence for 1 consecutive months and non payment of fee, student's admission will be automatically cancelled and they will have to repay the registration fee at the time of resuming the classes.
● It is mandatory to carry ID cards for the classes and all the additional events occurring at academy.
● On the loss of ID card, kindly inform your teacher immediately. Rs.100/- will be charged to reissue the ID card.
● Assessments and Exams, will be conducted by the Academy, and Certificate of course completion will be issued. For that all levels. Rules and Terms for Exams and Assessments will be furnished with particular courses.
In our assessments & exams, we only evaluate the student’s progress & skills and give them feedbacks which helps them to better their musical performance, in there future life.
